To design a space that's perfect for you by understanding your style, needs and purpose or function of the space. We will ask that you submit, details and pictures of your existing space along with some inspirational pictures showing colors and styles that interest you most.  Your dedicated designer will discuss your project in detail with you and then create a design that satisfies your style and needs.

How long does the design process take start to finish?

Typically, the design process can take 3 - 4 weeks. It can take longer during busy periods, holiday seasons or if you need more time. It can be shorter if you are able to make decisions efficiently. We will work at your pace!

Who will be my main point of contact during the process?

You'll have a dedicated designer as your main point of contact to support you throughout the design and installation process.

How long does a typical kitchen renovation take?

This all depends on the permit and inspection process as well as the size and scope of your renovation. It’s common for the kitchen to be out of order for 3-4 weeks, possibly longer.

What type of cabinet styles do you provide?

We offer a wide range of cabinet door styles, from transitional to modern in framed, frameless and inset cabinet construction.

We offer stock, semi-custom and full-custom cabinetry to fit most budgets.

What are the cabinets made of?

Our standard cabinet box construction consists of 3/4" thick plywood construction. We do also offer Engineered Board construction if you'd like to save on costs. Ultimately, depending on the cabinet manufacturer and style you select will determine the materials used for your cabinetry. All details are spelled out in your cabinet order paperwork.

Are the cabinets fully assembled?

What is the typical cabinet lead time?

Cabinet lead times vary based on the product you select but are somewhere between 10 -14 weeks. For full-custom cabinetry lead times will be slightly higher. Keep in mind that Holidays can play a part in the lead times. The months leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas are particularly busy and can result in extended lead times. If you plan on renovating to try and meet one of these Holiday deadlines, plan well in advance.

Please note, lead times are constantly changing. Your designer will advise you on your particular lead time based on materials used for your project.

What type of cabinet warranty is provided?

All cabinets come with a manufacturer warranty that covers any manufacturing defects.

What is the payment schedule for my cabinets?

If you decide to move forward with our services, you pay $2,000. This is a design retainer. Your designer will then continue to revise your design to your liking.

The design retainer will be applied towards your cabinet balance.

Once you’ve approved your final design, you pay the balance of the cabinet total. Your made-to-order design then goes into production.
